This pleasantly spacious 5 double bedroom detached property, has spectacular views over open countryside and is only 25 minutes from the Celtic Manor Golf Resort. It is situated just outside the picturesque Market Town of Cowbridge and is close to the M4 motorway connection. The house is ideally placed for golfing enthusiast and there are several first class golf courses within close proximity including the world famous 'Royal Porthcawl'.
The ground floor comprises of a hallway, downstairs cloakroom, lounge with flat screen TV and sky connection. There is a spacious open plan living and kitchen area with TV and sky connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with large cooker, dining table, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with both washing machine and tumble drying facilities. The kitchen leads into a family room with a TV and DVD player. This room could be utilised as another bedroom on request. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the rear garden and its spectacular views. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn with large patio area, outdoor seating and gas BBQ.
The first floor comprises of family sized bathroom, 1 king-size bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and is extremely roomy (extra beds could be placed in this room on request). Total number of bathrooms on this floor is 3.
The nearest Public Houses are within walking distance and the picturesque market town of Cowbridge is just over a mile away. Cowbridge itself offers a wealth of history and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The capital city of Wales, Cardiff, is a top tourist destination and it is only 9 miles away. Here you can sample the vibrant night life as well as the cultural and sporting attractions. (There are good train connections from Cardiff to London and the total journey time takes 1hr 50 mins). The nearest beaches and dramatic coastline are only a short drive away.

The rental price is based upon 10 people staying for 1 week. We are happy to negotiate for further people staying, additional days stay or additional services as required. A non-refundable deposit of £4000 is required upon booking and the balance is payable by 1st May 2010.
